Refund Policy
Prompt Grid primarily operates on a strict No-Refund policy due to the digital nature of our AI token ecosystem. We provide users with free daily tokens to test our services extensively before committing to a paid Subscription or a Top-up Plan.
1. Strict Eligibility for Refunds (24-Hour Rule)
Refunds are evaluated under extremely strict conditions to prevent abuse:
- Zero Token Usage: To be eligible for any refund consideration, the user must have exactly 100% of their paid tokens intact. If even a single paid token (from the subscription or top-up plan) has been utilized, the refund request will be automatically denied. (Note: Free tokens do not count towards this paid balance).
- The 24-Hour Window (Full Refund): If a user purchases a plan and requests a refund within exactly 24 hours of the transaction—and has not used any paid tokens—they are eligible for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours (Discretionary Refund): If a refund is requested after 24 hours but the paid token balance is still 100% intact, a refund is not guaranteed. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund may be partial (deducting processing fees).
2. How to Apply for a Refund
- Application Process: Users must send an email to support@promptgrid.qzz.io from their registered email address.
- Required Details: The email must include a clear, valid reason for the refund request and the transaction details.
- Response Time: Our support team aims to reply to refund requests within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Processing Timeline & Methods (Razorpay Guidelines)
- Refund Initiation: If a refund is approved by our team, it will be initiated through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the user’s original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
- Manual Bank Transfers: If the original payment method cannot accept the refund (due to gateway errors), we may request the user’s bank account details via secure email to process a manual refund.
