1. Account Security & Ban Policy

Prompt Grid maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for platform abuse. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate user accounts without prior notice if we detect:

• Generation of illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content.
• Attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform’s infrastructure.
• Use of the platform to harm or harass other individuals or organizations.
• Suspicious activities that degrade the platform’s performance.

2. Ownership of Generated Content

100% User Ownership: You retain full ownership, including commercial rights, to all prompts and outputs generated using Prompt Grid. You are completely free to use these outputs for monetization, marketing, or any other commercial purpose.

3. Fair Use & Abuse of Free Limits

• Anti-Abuse Mechanisms: The creation of multiple fake accounts, usage of bots, or automated scripts to exploit our free credit tiers is strictly prohibited.
• Consequences of Abuse: Violations will result in the immediate revocation of free credits and a permanent ban of the associated accounts. Severe or repeated exploitation may result in permanent IP blocking. In extreme cases of deliberate infrastructural damage, we reserve the right to initiate formal legal proceedings.

4. Service Availability & Downtime

• No 100% Uptime Guarantee: Prompt Grid relies on a complex network of databases and third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenRouter, Gemini). While we strive for maximum reliability, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime.
• Third-Party Failures: We bear no liability for service interruptions, degraded performance, or data generation failures caused by outages originating from our third-party infrastructure providers.
• Communication: In the event of a significant disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and will communicate updates to affected users via email.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellations

Cancellations: Users may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time via the billing portal.

Refund Eligibility (Strict):

• If a user cancels a subscription after utilizing the allocated tokens for that billing cycle, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds may only be considered if a cancellation request is made within 2-3 days of the billing date and no tokens have been utilized from the new cycle.
• Subscriptions canceled mid-cycle (e.g., on the 15th of the month) are strictly non-refundable for that ongoing cycle.

6. User-Generated Content & Copyright

• User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any text, voice, or image data they upload or input into Prompt Grid.
• Copyright Disclaimer: We provide the underlying AI generation service; however, we do not verify the copyright status of user uploads. You guarantee that you possess the necessary rights to any material you input. Should any copyright infringement claims arise from your inputs or generated outputs, the legal and financial liability rests entirely with you, the user.

7. AI Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Prompt Grid utilizes advanced AI models that may occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or “hallucinated” information. We do not guarantee the 100% factual accuracy, reliability, or safety of any generated output (including code, text, or data).
• User Verification: It is strictly the user’s responsibility to review, fact-check, and test all AI-generated content before deploying it for commercial, medical, legal, or production-grade technical use.
• Limitation of Liability: Prompt Grid and its founder shall not be held legally or financially liable for any business loss, technical damages, or legal consequences arising directly or indirectly from the use of our AI-generated outputs.
